It hurts me to see you in pain.
I feel helpless and even angry about this.

Disengage and be free from the shadows that make you smaller.
What brings you to your knees is no armor for what the future holds, but is an open door for more pain and agony.

You need to understand that you were alone from the begining, so there is no reason to fear being without the one you though was ideal.

Liberate and be all the wonderfull things you are, for yourself.
